Proof of the relevance of its strategy and proof of its innovative capacity and technological know-how, LACROIX was selected to participate in three collaborative and innovative projects, two of them are winners of the “Relocation in Critical Sectors” call for projects under the “France Relance” recovery plan. In this context, LACROIX has joined the consortium under the leadership of WaltR – a specialist in air quality monitoring and stimulation of environmentally friendly behavior – and ALSATIS – an architect and operator of public 4 / 5G networks – for the 5GREEN MOBILITÉ project. which aims to deploy a range of air quality diagnostic devices that can activate various traffic management strategies.

In addition, LACROIX is part of the SMART WATER NETWORK project in partnership with b <> com – a technologically leading research institute for private 5G in France. This project, which is also an important concern for metropolitan areas, aims to develop the 5G platform, a secure and sovereign end-to-end solution for the improved remote control and monitoring of water networks, which is implemented in the context of the environmental sector considerable savings, be it in resource consumption or in the costs of installation and maintenance work.

Both the 5GREEN MOBILITÉ and SMART WATER NETWORK projects are significantly supported by BPI France as part of the “Investments for the Future” (PIA) program in the form of funds totaling 2.1 million euros in order to advance the Smart World. These funds accelerate the development of innovation and R&D capabilities, which are at the heart of the Group’s strategic priorities.
